DA Pointer not working

Hello.

I am using DA to manage the domains but not the DNS.
DNS it is on other server.

I have one user with 2 domains with same content.
in the DNS I pointed domains : xx.com and yy.com to the same IP.
xx.com is the main domain and I need to point yy.com to it.

Then I created a pointer in DA:
Source Domain :
yy.com ---> xx.com

DNS is looking up the same ip for both but page can not be displayed on the IE.

Any ideea ?

Start by making sure the DNS records on your DA server are right (even though you're not using them).

Then check DNS Report for both domains and make sure DNS is pointing to the correctip IP#.

Then let us know the domain name so we can try some tests from here.
