DA Support is awefull

Im sorry to say this but DirectAdmin's support is aweful. I was never replied to ANY of many emails i have sent to support center since i bought DA (a year or so) which emails had URGENT priority. Im moving to another cp as soon as possible.

Im a customer you know , i was not given DA for free , i BOUGHT IT and i request support.

Strange, I found support responds at least as timely as other providers and have gone the distance to make sure issues were resolved properly.
 
I have to agree, DA is fantastic about supporting their clients. I never once had any problem with the advice given and they have always replied in 24 hours or less. Maybe your spam filters caught the emails or you sent them to the wrong place.

Maybe he means he's full of awe at how great DA support is.

Hello,

As a followup, we always reply to all emails. If ever more than 24 hours goes by without a reply, try sending from a different email address/provider in case there is an issue with the current one you're using.

i too have to backup DA, they always reply me with valuable instant solutions, i love their support.
 
I have never had a question without an answered from DA.
 
I have at least 5 different issue emails sent without an answer. Anyway , as you have said it might be a provider error.
