DA + whoiscart

Hi, ive done a search and found there is a plugin for whoiscart to connect to it DA, so it auto creates accounts,

Now ive logged into my client area on whoiscart and found the ceimport file which i need. but as i understand the ceimport should be installed, Now the ceimport file i download is only a single php file and im wondering if this is correct or not?

If not Does the plugin cost for DA or is it free of charge?

I am assuming the ceimport is the ClientExec import plugin, all that does, is imports client information you have stored in ClientExec into WhoisCart. The plugin for DA is even lower on the client page. There are two columns one for domain registrars and the other for hosting control panels, they are both free. Just choose the plugins that fit your system, DA being the hosting control panel.
