DA Wont install.

Hi,

I just purchased a license, and it wont install.

it says
"You are not authorized to download the update package with that client id and license id for this IP address. Please email [email protected]"

I double checked all of the info, and it is all correct,

However,

I noticed that on my license page, it says "Dec 31 1969" for the expiry date, I think this may have something to do with it.

I would say that is your problem if the licence is expired ;)
I suggest emailing DirectAdmin and they should be able to fix your license, since DirectAdmin wasn't even around that long ago.

I wonder what caused it to come up as 1969 ?

Hell, I bet the creator of DA wasn't even born yet :P

DirectAdmin uses that 1969 date to indicate a license hasn't been approved yet.

DA licenses must be manually approved by the company before they'll work.

You should probably contact their support group directly.
