We just disjoined and join to the new domain. several users are reporting that their printouts are missing texts. Whether from email or office applications, their graphics and bars shows up but not text. even windows test page only the top portion shows up. The printers were working BEFORE the domain upgrade. I deleted the printer, re-added it, re-shared it. Went on the trouble client's pc's and re-mapped it and still same problem. However it gets strange now, when i print to a different printer its ok. My help desk was printing a document ..the text was missing. I print the same document to the same printer and its ok. I print that same document from his account to another printer and its ok.
