i bought two of their plugins and my tech had problems installing and they (daplugin.com) didn't respond to his request for support or to my request for support...

any ideas?

1) do i need tomcat if i just want to install ruby on rails plugin and the postgre plugin?

2) does your dabuild script install tomcat or is there a way to configure it to just install what i want

3) in your docs you say that freebsd users need to edit the script and insert "bash" in certain places... i'm using csh do i still need to do this?

4) do your plugins work with suphp and mod_security?

5) if i install your plugins does it affect my ability to install other software in the future? if so how?

trying to install your custom build script:

no. why do you need Tomcat?

2) does your dabuild script install tomcat or is there a way to configure it to just install what i want
just type ./daplugin.build (if you have bash) and you will see the available options

3) in your docs you say that freebsd users need to edit the script and insert "bash" in certain places... i'm using csh do i still need to do this?
It's clear. It's a bash script and you need to have bash installed.

4) do your plugins work with suphp and mod_security?
Yes

5) if i install your plugins does it affect my ability to install other software in the future? if so how?
The plugins are just simple scripts executed by DA, why worry.

DAPLUGIN can I get some support? You isntalled the ruby on rails and postgre plugins for me and neither have ever worked... can you support your installation and fix this?

I have already emailed your support but received no answer. PM me please.

I just tried to get support for my installations that never worked and got this reply:

Please choose another department. This support department can only be used by customers with active packages. You currently have no active packages.

What do I need to do?

I have lifetime licenses, so why can't I get support?
