Database Backup Empty File

Hi to all;

My problem is database backup.I want to backup for any domain database on the Direct Admin Panel. After the download is all backup internal empty.

Example:

I want to backup for example.com
example.com db name = exam_db
exam_db.gz downloading ( btw i cant see any error )
exam_db in a exam_db.gz (this file none extension)

Could you please help me ? How to fix problem ?
