database error on restore

Hello, i receive this error on restore

gguser is username of directadmin

what's is problems ?

Underscore is no longer valid in usernames, but you can override it before restore. Here is the solution:

option to allow underscores in db names and db users: http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=1253

i have already resolved exporting (by hand) user from old server
