Database Error or Cant create new DB

Its an old server working fine with the last 1 yr. now when users tries to create db, its showing internal error. Also database list are also not loading.

you need to update OS packages and DA packages, looks like you received fresh skin but not updated DA to work correctly with new mysql options in this skin.
