Databases missing from the frontend after update

I have updated Directadmin to the latest version yesterday (from 1.61 I think), and after the update I have noticed that no databases are shown under MySql Management. They are still there, the sites work, I can still login through phpMyadmin, but when I try to backup accounts and transfer it to another server using either Admin backup or individual account backup - the databases are not transferred. I know I can backup through phpMyadmin, but I would like to solve the issue if possible. Any ideas how to restore the databases to the front end and why this has happened?

Thank you, I've checked both files and compared them to the new installation of DA and they seem in order. I haven't run the script yet as I'm afraid to mess it all up even more, I'll do it just for the record when I've migrated the accounts to another server. As I've just noticed the databases aren't shown only under "admin" user, and the other user I have (which has most of the domains) actually displays the databases as before.

You mention
using either Admin backup or individual account backup - the databases are not transferred

So I think there have something wrong with sql user: da_admin
That script will just change da_admin password.

Good luck.
