DC pwr outage and now cookies won't set

I have a couple sites on separate domains running Drupal. My DC had a power outage last night and now it seems as though cookies aren't setting for IE, Chrome, and Safari. Oddly enough, Firefox works fine.

Cookies have been cleared in all browsers, including Firefox which is working even after the clear.

The server has obviously been restarted.

This does not seem to be a data corruption issue as I have restored backups of one of the sites and it has the same problems.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Yes. Give us a site to look at that sets cookies and let us verify it for you.

Server date was set back to Jan 2002.

I updated time and all is well.

Cookies were being set, they were just expiring immediately. I have seen this before especially when cookies are set for an hour and then in the spring personal computers change their time ahead one hour but the server keeps the original time.

You might want to figure out why the server date was wrong. Make sure your battery doesn't need replacing.
