In the user's control panel, if you go to the list of Email Accounts, the first email account listed is %webhostingusername%@%domainname% DEFAULT
What specific directory is the Usage column being calculated with for this account?
It looks like this is calculating usage for the directory: /home/%webhostingusername%/mail - when in fact the mail for this account is being stored in /home/%webhostingusername%/Maildir - at least that's what it looks like to me. Is this a mix up some where?
If you log into the IMAP service or Webmail (or POP3) with the username %webhostingusername% and the corresponding password for %webhostingusername% you get presented the mail that is in /home/%webhostingusername%/Maildir - at least that's what I've been able to discern.
Another recommendation might be to reconsider the label for this in the Email Accounts listing. Instead of %webhostingusername%@%domainname% just change it to %webhostingusername%. The mouse over on this label already states Login: %webhostingusername% but that may not be sinking in fully, so fixing this to match in the listing would seem to clear some things up.
Or if I'm misunderstanding something in all of this, please let me know.
