Default index.html - Conflict with Security Policy

Not sure if it's OpenLiteSpeed or directadmin related.


I followed this guide:

And my score went from B to A

Scan results for myedgy.com

These are the scan results for myedgy.com which scored the grade F.

securityheaders.com

However, when you add a new domain name. DirectAdmin will create a default index.html file inside your domain folder.
But that seems to be messed up now. How can this be fixed, or is this a bug?
ex. http://www.myedgy.com/

In the console window I noticed this errors:

Thank you in advance, because I can't find how to solve the default template. It seems the CSS is not getting read.

Sorry... Take a chill pill. I wrote.. Not sure if it's OpenLiteSpeed or directadmin related.
I don't know if experts read both categories or not. And I think its also a bit DA related. Would be way nicer if we all could help out each other and tackle this issue.
