Not sure if it's OpenLiteSpeed or directadmin related.
I followed this guide:

And my score went from B to A
However, when you add a new domain name. DirectAdmin will create a default index.html file inside your domain folder.
But that seems to be messed up now. How can this be fixed, or is this a bug?

In the console window I noticed this errors:
