Deleted files

Help i deleted all my files accidentally, i only see now a empty root
like: myhostip/username
when i connect with ftp all my files are gone
directadmin cant make new domain any more, it says allready exist but there is nothing.

i'm a noob i know
what can i do? pls help

Use Ontrack or some alternative software to restore the all data.
