Deleting a domain manually.

I'm facing a problem where I need to add a domain and the DA says "That domain already exists".
But I can't find it on the GUI interface.
I deleted some files from /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/<username>/domain and also from domains.list.
I also deleted somefiles from /home/<user> that was named as the domain I'm trying to create.
There are anything on named.conf or /var/named/*
Please, can someone help me?
Where I need to remove too?

Delete it from /etc/named.conf

It was not on /etc/named.conf.

After a while I finally could create the domain.
