Dear friends! hope you to be in good health and safe from covid-19.

Recently I have bought a personal license.
It is installed on my server and it is Ok. but when I wanted to create Backup, I faced a notice that I have 2 Accounts.

I checked... Yes...
I have 2 user accounts ( Admin and Master )
Name: Admin / creator: Root
Name: Master / creator: Admin

As Admin user account is empty and there is no data on it, I wanted to delete it. but I received a notice that If you delete Admin, also other user (Master) will be delete too. I do not know... but I think it depends on their creator modes.

So... now... I would like to ask you to help me, what I can do?

Is there any way to merge both of them to be One account?
Or
Is it possible to change creator of "Master account" from Admin to Root ? so to be separate and be able to delete empty Admin.
Or... you tell me please.

Best regards,
Joe

I don't know how the Master account got in there, normally it should only contain the admin account on a personal license.

So admin user account is empty?

In that case, I would suggest to create a full backup of the Master account. Then delete the Master account.
Rename the admin.master.admin.tar.gz (or is it admin.admin.master.tar.gz?) backup to root.admin.admin.tar.gz and import it again via the admin again. It will overwrite admins settings, including the password.

So afterwards you have to login via admin, with the password of master. :)

Anyway..... if this works on a personal license. It's not always possible to delete users from a personal license, as their should not be any users.
