Deleting users/accounts/etc

This is an OpenVZ CT, so I'm guessing this is to do with that. Everytime I delete accounts, I see

/path/: The directory /path/ is not empty

However, when I check the /home/ and users on the system, indeed they've been deleted.

Shall I ignore these?
