delivery failure, majordomo not readable

I created an forwarder email adress, but when i send email to it i get the following message:

/etc/virtual/vasd45n.info/majordomo/majordomo.cf not readable; stopped at /etc/virtual/majordomo/resend line 88.

So i checked the owner and rights of the file, they were mail:mail -rw-r-----

What could be wrong?

Is your forwarder to majordomo?

Does majordomo run as mail on your server?

Are all parent directories readable?
