I am just an end user at a website host. The host seems unwilling to offer any help as to usage of your program.(unwilling?---tough luck...get a new ISP)
The program is installed on all accounts.
It is promoted---back up your site !!!!!
I choose/click backup and it seems to work just fine. As known you end up with a .tar .gz and they will be dated/numbered if more than one.(I mean easy to id)
Save the thing to computer?
NO LUCK.
I have tried for 2 days.
I'm on dial-up so no fun BUT my zip's only show as 12.5 mb.
The download will cut off in the middle. At about 5mb. I AM NOT BEING DIS-CONNECTED FROM THE INTERNET.
Trying to figure out even the 5mb I do get before download finished SHORT my zip-un-zip programs tell me the file is hopeless corrupt.
Ship it to another site I have at the same host (I have multiple accounts--same host) and it will not extract. ERROR ERROR ERROR
Should I name the host?
