Did DirectAdmin take out the ability to block users from sending email in the GUI?

According to this article,

Starting from DirectAdmin version 1.60.0, a GUI via Administrator Settings > Email Settings is available to completely block user from sending any messages.
I only see this in the Admin settings

For Daily E-mail limit per DirectAdmin User, it points to this link, https://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=1175

The /etc/virtual/limit file is used to limit the number of emails a DirectAdmin User can send per day.
0 is unlimited.

So my question is, how do I disable any users from sending out emails? Via User Packages?

Going by this link, https://www.site-helper.com/evo/rpackages.php#features

There is no explanation to E-mail Daily Limit under package creation. I'm assuming 0 actually means zero and not unlimited? As I can see in the package file

email_daily_limit=unlimited
vs
email_daily_limit=0

yes, zero - means zero. Unlimited - for unlimited.
also you can set global limit at admin settings. For example I keep global 30 emails, it's enough for users to receive cron notifications from CMSs, and you can increase personally for everyone. If you don't need email at server at all - don't install exim, and add "mail" to disable functions, also you can block email ports in CSF.
