Different between buy with reseller or buy in here

Dear Sir,

I have found the local re-seller of DA is at very low price, it cheaper than here around 1/3 price


I want to known the supporting service between the reseller and buy in here . Is it the same?

Or if I buy in re-seller, i have a problem or software need to re-install again, i need to found them to support, not in here?


Any dangerious or problem that I buy from reseller?

You can use these forums for support, but everything else is up to the reseller that sold you DA. I would check with them and find out what kind of support you'll get.

Depending on the license if you buy it through DirectAdmin they come with support. Basically all plans except lifetime have unlimited support and the lifetime plan has 90 days of support.

That's interesting, because DirectAdmin doesn't have any authorized resellers.

You can rent a system with DA installed, or you can buy a server with DA installed.

Or there's one auction company that occasionally has authorized DA for sale by auction.

But if you're buying DA alone, you're probably not buying a valid licensed copy.

So I can't see how you'd expect to get any support from DirectAdmin.

That is correct -- if the license is being sold by itself, then it is an illegal copy and *you* risk having it deleted by us with no refund.

If you suspect a "reseller" is doing this, please forward their information to us so we can investigate.

Those prices, when converted to US dollars, are exactly the same price DA sells for on the DA website.

Since I can't read Chinese, I must ask...

Are they offering DA alone? Or with a purchased or rented server?
