Direct Admin Payment invoice

Hello,

Im DA users now will be 2 month,
I first pay manual,
Next month i see mail from paypal something like:
DA try charge but faild,
I don't know why this happend i have enough money on my paypal for sure,
I contact support none answer now will be 1month,
I see in my DA client area exsist some manual payment but there is nothin clear write i pay via this,
Now in my account write my account is suspended, why ? I contact your team none answer ?
Can i continue use this manula payment tool from DA account for pay ? but this month i not accept payment invoice ?

No on respond here cause no one is able to reply to you.

We dont work for JBMC, so we are not DA Staff except for DA Support user.

This Forum is for community, so yes Staff do reply time to time but not always and not for billing issue (at least usually).

They do usually reply in less than 24 hours by experience (received last email today and i did wrote them yesterday) so if you're not receiving reply please use safe-submit or try to create a gmail account for be sure to get a reply, maybe is your server-side problem, so try check logs and also spam folder in your mail.
