Direct admin support is not responding since about 7 days

Hello guys,

I am having a little issue here with contacting DA support.

I need to change the ip of my license, but the problem is, they don't respond at all.

I tried sending 2 emails and tried this link too: https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php

It's been almost 1 week and no reply so far.

Is it just me or the same is happening for everyone?
 
Have you verified that their replies aren't being erroneously blocked or filtered by your receiving email server?

You were right, they changed already the ip but I didn't receive any confirmation email from them.

I also don't think the problem is from my side because I use Gmail, I don't block anything, the confirmation didn't even arrive in spam.

I can't believe that I missed to check if they changed it or not.

I emailed DA support and they responded to me. It was on july 15! Use delivery confirmation and check your spam.
