DirectAdmin all domains crashing "This site can’t be reached" NEED HELP!

Hello! I beg someone helps me out here. I use Freehosting.com premium hosting plan to host 5 domains and recently one of the eCommerce websites that use wordpress/woocommerce has been causing crashes every time someone gets to the checkout page. This causes ALL my websites to go down! For around 6 hours. This is so frustrating please can someone help me out?

I only have the directadmin panel and not the dashboards/settings to restart services... Everything works as normal (FTP, file management, SSH) but every domain just crashes and says "This site can't be reached".
I've contacted them and they aren't answering me at all for a month now...

I've managed to connect through putty to the SSH but am not a sudoer and can't restart apache as usual.

Please I've suffered for so long trying to fix this if anyone can help I'd be so appreciative.

I'm sorry, this forum is for Directadmin customers, not DA users of hosting company's or you must have the license via the hosting company, but then you should have admin and SSH acces as root.

If you don't, then to fix your issue you have to contact your host. If they don't answer, move your stuff to a better host.
We can't help you here because it's almost certain to fix this you need root access.
