Directadmin and dotDefender

Hello everyone!

I've want to try out dotDefender (a Web Application Firewall, or WAF) to try and stop some the hacking that is done to our customers. Does anyone have any idea if this would work with DA and if someone has experience of these two together.

Or if you have any other ideas of similar software let me know :)

I did not manage to get details about the software from here: applicure.com/Products/how-dotdefender-works and applicure.com/Products/documentation either. As for today there is nothing there that could help us to understand what it is.

Do you know how does it work? How to install it?
 
That seems odd to me, while there is no price for the software in public part of the site. That's a question of trustworthy. Nevertheless, since it's a commerce product, you'd better ask the developers on how to integrate it into Directadmin powered server... I did a quick scan of the suggested guide and did not find anything that would be incompatible with Apache coming with Directadmin.

So you should decide and try it first or wait for somebody else's replies on the subject.
 
Well i have been in contact with their suport and they say that there will be built in support for Directadmin in future versions but no ETA at the moment. But they do support cPanel f ex so I guess i could work with DA to.
