DirectAdmin bans me randomly

Hello,

I use the hosting service that uses DA as the hosting panel. I have a reseller access to my hosting accounts.

DA always ban me when I try to login for the first time. I open panel, enter my login, browser automatically fills data in password field, then I login.
DirectAdmin loads the text, then download stops (I don't see images) and IP gets blacklisted.

This happens on different computers with different IP-addresses.

What's the problem? Hosting service mistakes or a bug in DA?

It's likely not a bug in DirectAdmin, or it would have been reported previously. You need to check with your hosting provider to see how they're managing IP blacklisting in DirectAdmin (they can set the number; perhaps it's too low.

As an immediate possible fix I'd clear the buffer in your browser and reset the password from scratch.
