Directadmin can't open phpmyadmin

Dear Sir , My VPS is using directadmin for last version 1.50.1 ...

Now i got phpmyadmin for this error

phpMyAdmin - Error

Error during session start; please check your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly. Also ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser.

session_start(): Write of lock failed

session_start(): Unable to clear session lock record

website is working fine .......
memcached is working fine ....

php.ini for

session.save_handler memcached
session.save_path 127.0.0.1:11211

cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build update && ./build options

?

Has ever phpmyadmin worked on your server?

If yes, then what has changed?
