Hello, Sir/Madam
The purpose of this letter is to express our objection to the contradictory behavior of Direct Admin. The following considerations should be taken into account:
1- All the licenses we bought from you were valid until 2038 and were for life.
2- When buying the licenses, there was no information about the sudden change in the policy of the Direct Admin company.
3- The site of DirectAdmin company does not have special rules regarding the provision of licenses.
4- We have been informed that Direct Admin has deactivated all our licenses without prior notice.
5- Despite Direct Admin not responding to our emails, we had to register our complaint in Direct Admin's forum. In response to this action, one of the employees of Direct Admin requested that we send him the documents. Also, we sent them the documents and they just said that they are following up on the matter, but we have not received a response yet.
In light of the above, we have unfortunately decided to take legal action against DirectAdmin in Canada with a professional lawyer after three weeks of problems that DirectAdmin has caused to our company and increased the dissatisfaction of our customers. We are currently investigating financial and moral damages as well as the amount of damage to our company's brand.
Please accept this letter as a request for information from Direct Admin. If the dispute remains unresolved after September 20, we will file a complaint with the Canadian Trade Commission.
