"directadmin d" high cpu usage and get stuck !

Every few hours in day time the process "directadmin d" gets on top in top and gets the load up.
When it happens directadmin wont work and i have to restart it and then da works for a few minutes and then it uses 30-60% cpu usage and dosn't work for my clients.

I checked evreywhere, cron, logs, clients but nothing seems to b wrong.
