Directadmin doesn't backup all sites

When the backup is done you should be getting a message from the message center. Does the message show completion for all? Or doe sit show errors? Or does it just not show all?

Is there enough space on your server to back up all those sites/user?

Jeff

thank you very much jlasman

no message from the message center for cron backups
but same sites backup is ok
if all users for backup cron .. so problem

can I backup system reinstall ?

At this point I can't figure out why you're having the problem. You can probably use the sysbck backup program but it's unlikely you can restore from it unless you're an experienced systems administrator; it's not made for ease of restore :(.

You may want to ask DirectAdmin staff for their opinion. I or my staff (NoBaloney Internet Services) could log in and figure out the problem for you, but we charge for that, so asking Direct Admin staff first could be a better solution.

Hello,

Are the users simply not all showing up in the backup list?
Users are missing from the list on the backups page, then recreate the users.list files:

If you're not getting any message notifications in the "message system" about the backups completing, then check:
http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=107

As with anything else, also make sure you're using the latest version of DA, currently:
1.35.1
