directadmin dovecot imap + ms outlook issues

Hi there,

I have several customers experiencing same issue - they use ms outlook, however often outlook cannot see any emails in the inbox (like there would be none) - however after a few days suddenly all the emails drop in at once (usually 1-2 days old)

Anyone experiencing something like this?

Read OutLook and servers logs. It might be very usefull.

Yes. I did look into logs - nothing obvious there

So it's very hard to help you. You might want to ask in Dovecot mailing lists or tto try and check it with another Email Client (and even with webmail).
