DirectAdmin email issue

Because when you add domains as addon domains they all link to the main domain. If you want email for seperate domains you need to add them as a regular domain and not a addon domain.

When i send email to my clients all they are sent from main domain email
 
Repeat actions that troubles you, then copy a part of logs and post here. You can use either shell or directadmin.

(preferably) To do it in shell, run:

exigrep troubled_email_here /var/log/exim/mainlog

To do it in directadmin:

Manually find /var/log/exim/mainlog last lines with your troubled email in directadmin on page «Log Viewer» (admin level).

How do you send emails? Are you using "Send a message" function in directadmin? If so, change an email for your admin/reseller in directadmin.

Domains 13
Users 0
Resellers 0

after login i use User Level after it choose domain > Webmail: Squirrelmail

and login with user/pass and send my email
 
From the DirectAdmin main admin login, click on List Administrators, then on admin, and then on admin's User Data.

Then change the admin email address and save.

Please, correct me if I'm wrong. So you use a login "admin" and admin's password to enter Squirrelmail? Is it correct? If so, I do not know a way to make Squirrelmail to send your emails from any meaningful email address.

Better create an email box on any domain of yours (ex. [email protected]), and login into Squirrelmail with login [email protected] and your password. That will help you.
 
Actually easy enough.

Log in to Squirrelmail.

Then choose Options -> Personal Information

Change it to whatever you want, and save your changes.

Or set up multiple identities and choose each time you send an email.
