DirectAdmin IP change dilemma

Not sure if this is the correct section.

Lets get straight to the point, I have a license but I don't have access to the client area and the owner of the license (not me) doesn't remember the password. I thought it would be simple to send an email off to change the IP but that's obviously not so as I haven't recieved a response in almost a week. I also tried to submit it via https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php with no avail. I included the password to both the new and old server, and the license details.

Any ideas on what I should do?

That is maybe the problem, so try request reset password not you but owner of the license.
IMHO Server access can't prove that you own the license except you can login to DA client area.
 
There is no way that I know of to reset the clients area password. I also provided all of the license details.
