DirectAdmin isn't accessible on IPv6 ISPs

One of our servers with DA Panel is not accessible with IPv6 Internet Service Providers such as Reliance Jio in India, I have checked server is accessible rest of other networks.
 
If it is only that provider and you made trough ipv6 test for the rest of the world than its likely Reliance Jo is not really ipv6 ready

I am very specific to Reliance Jio itself, we based in India can't say about the rest of the world. I am sorry if its sounds that way mate

Cross check DNS records for this domain also if you have imported these domains from some cpanel server they will have no AAAA records by default if cpanel server was not supporting IPv6
