directadmin license check fail on Nat

Hi there

We've got installed a directadmin server on a server at the university. our server has a ethernet card named ens224 and got a local ip address (172.16.10.10).
A public valid ip address is set as Nat on this server so we can access the server on port 80,443 or 22 from any internet using that valid ip. This valid ip is not set on the server's ethernet.
The problem is that DirectAdmin won't detect this ip and says the license is not valid.
Please help me to solve this issue.

Regular users can not help you with a license issue. They suggest opening a ticket by the link https://tickets.directadmin.com/.
