DirectAdmin listening only to specific IPs?

Hi,

Is it possible to make DirectAdmin listen to specific IPs? At the current moment it's listening to all...

I don't think there is a config option to do this. Perhaps a feature request.

Temporary solution: You could setup a simple firewall to deny port 2222 to all servers except the ips you want DirectAdmin accessible from.
 
Mmm...I normally use HTTPS for directadmin, and since some of my clinets are behind proxies they couldn't use it. What I was looking for was to see if I could enable DA on 443 for an specific IP.

Does anybody now any ports that proxies will allow HHTPS access through? (Except 443).
 
There is a similar thread about his around here somewhere. Search for :222 or something.
I don't think anybody has been able to implement any kind of proxy yet, or hasn't tried yet.
