DirectAdmin making site go offline

Could anyone please assist with how we could resolve the below error logs:

Don't run your MySQL server with --skip-grant-tables unless you are in a recovery process after corrupted user tables or a lost root password. If you have this setting in your /etc/my.cnf, remove it, and restart MySQL.

As for the rest, I'm not sure.

This does not look very good either. The user does not exist?

Is this a personal license maybe with more users present than only admin for example due to an import issue?

Did a backup restore take place?
Or update change MYSQL Mariadb version?

Or other changes in settings DB and co.
