Directadmin not accessible from out of the server

Hello,

My directadmin is not accessible from outside the VPS.
But local is it working.

firewall is OFF

error logs:

Hello,

Make sure that TCP:2222 is not blocked on your PC by a firewall or your home/office router.
 
According to your logs DirectAdmin is shut down:
2014:07:04-20:17:33: signal TERM received. Waiting for children to exit
2014:07:04-20:17:33: Clean shutdown successful

Or is this a a bad copy/paste of the log? Because you are able to connect with the server. If DirectAdmin is running and your firewall is not blocking the connection test if an other PC+internet connection can access DirectAdmin (or use a mobile phone). I can not connect to your DirectAdmin control panel (185.27.175.28:2222).

Did you configure bind_address?
