Directadmin not start - "An error has occurred while attempting to decrypt the data"

Directadmin not start when i do "/etc/init.d/directadmin start".

The license download successfully if I do:

$> cd /usr/local/directadmin/scripts
$> ./getLicense 1234 4321

And if I do:

$> cd /usr/local/directadmin
$> ./directadmin b200

Show me the next error:

>Debug set to level 200
>Unable to read the license file
>reason: An error has occurred while attempting to decrypt the data
