DirectAdmin stats do not update, is it normal?

Is it normal to see this kind of things?

The accounts have been setup and many files is being transferred to those accounts and bandwidth is being used, but how come the stats is not updated?

This is admin account and Reseller Level view.

The stats get updated once a day, I believe at 4am by default.

I had a problem with stats not updating...even for days altogether.

I found that crond wasn't running
