Maybe your email did not arrive. I had answer from them this week without problems and within 24 hours.

Email not being delivered is not a valid option in 2015 anymore, it is true that support does not answer all emails, which is a bad thing imo.

And if it is really about emails not being delivered then get new web hosting somewhere, because it was the excuse the last couple of years.
