DirectAdmin update from 1.33.7 to 1.43

Hello. Currently I'm running CentOS 5.3 x64 server and DA version 1.33.7 . I'd like update DA to latest version and what I'm most worried about is that a gap between versions... Is there anything I should know or do before doing such update? What are the possible problems I may face?
