directadmin V1.28 doesn't upload

You don't give us enough information to help you.
Are you a DirectAdmin administrator with your own copy of DirectAdmin? Or are you a customer of a webhosting company using DirectAdmin?
If the latter you need to ask your hosting company.
If the former you need to tell us how you were trying to upload. Was it via ftp? Or through the control panel?
And you also need to check the ownership and permissions of the files and complete directory path for which you're having the problem.
Also, did you just update to version 1.28? Did it work with 1.28 previously? Or with a previous version?
