Do you really have that many support problems where this is even an issue? Would you really be submitting that many tickets where you require a ticket system?
My background: average high school graduate, construction worker for 15 years, self-taught computer person. Basically I am an idiot.
Since I have started using DirectAdmin my support question to them amount to a total of 4, 1 in 2005, 2 in 2006, 1 in 2007.
Every other question or problem I have had has been answered here on the forum or doing a google search.
The question is not why can't I get support from DA, but why do I need so much support from DA.
