Directamin Cron not works

Hi,

First time i see this problem, in one box :

Mar 28 15:56:33 hostname crond[3346]: (*system*) BAD FILE MODE (/etc/cron.d/directadmin_cron)
Mar 28 15:56:33 hostname crond[3346]: (*system*) BAD FILE MODE (/etc/cron.d/bfd)
Mar 28 15:56:33 hostname crond[3346]: (*system*) BAD FILE MODE (/etc/cron.d/pmon)

The crontab -l and the rest crons works.

total 20
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Jan 19 01:08 .
drwxr-xr-x 58 root root 4096 Mar 28 15:56 ..
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 63 Aug 18 2004 bfd
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 485 Dec 1 2004 directadmin_cron
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 82 Aug 18 2004 pmon

Try chmod'ing the files 700 or 744. They should not be writable or executable by anyone other than the owner.

have you run up2date lately? I had to chmod 644, to get to work.

chmod 600 /etc/cron.d/directadmin_cron
chown root /etc/cron.d/directadmin_cron

to fix it
