directing a subdomain to another url

I'm a newbie to the DirectAdmin program and I have a quick question. I searched the forums and didn't see an answer.

I need to set up a webmail subdomain for a user accounts - basically webmail.theirdomain.com should point to http://www.therealaddressforwebmail.com/webmail/horde/blah

Is that possible?

Sure...

First you create the subdomain.

Then you upload either an html file or an .htaccess file with the proper code for the redirect, to the subdomain's folder.

However you may not be able to call it webmail; webmail is a reserved directory name and may automatically redirect to UebiMiau.

So you may have to call it something else.
