Directories to Backup/Mirror

Hi, I'm setting up a backup server that is going to do a daily copy using rsync of a DA webserver (among others). Can someone tell me what the essential directories to be backed up are for DA? I know /home and the mysql directory, but I'm looking to find out the essential configs or info for DA that should be backed up.
