We need a way so that email aliases are prioritized before mailboxes. Why? Because email aliases should override emailboxes. If a customer goes in and creates a mailbox... No problem.. But if they then go and create an alias expecting it to redirect their email it won't. By changing the order, the alias will work. Think of it as a temporary mail forwarding service just like at the Post Office box.

They are... The virtual aliases are checked before pop inboxes. They're also set to "unseen" so you should be able to create both and get 2 copies (1 forwarded and one in your inbox). Are you experiencing something different?

According to one of our customers it is only going to their mailbox and not forwarding over to the other domain.... Guess I need to do some more research.

We have forwards set up for all our real site usernames, and they do work; I just tested some.
