Helloo,
I think somebody else already mentioned it, but couldn't find it with the search function;
The problem I have is that a customer has a website that has a Backend which has a http user/password protection. pretty safe but the customer also wants a IP restriction on that backend directory.
When I change the users/passwords that are used on that directory the whole .htaccess file is overwritten!
Not very wishful
I suggest that a IP restriction is build into DirectAdmin, and that the hole saving(including user/pass) is not done in a .htaccess file, but the vhost is modified.
I think this would make directadmin even better than it already is
Greetz!
