Directtory skeletion ! :D

hi
i am come from cpanel to direct admin
and i use directory skeletion in cpanel !
it copy files after account creation !
ex: index.htm !
how can i do it in DA !
i want to copy a index.htm file in public_html direwctory of new accounts !
for 1 reseller ( admin )
